Description

Assuming the Business Context is in scope for the engagement a To-Be Business Context model is created stating the way the organisation exchanges value with its surroundings. The To-Be Business Context model will focus on the new and/or changed elements in the Business Context. This may involve any combination of the following:

  • New or changed Products / Services that are introduced
  • New Customers/Markets that are served
  • New Suppliers that are involved in the production process
  • New Channels that are used to serve Customers/Markets
and the expected effects this will have in the value added.

If the Business Context is in scope , all steps are mandatory.
